Pork and Pasta

Jake and Dakota cooked dinner tonight. They made pork chops with an onion and  basil butter sauce. They also made a butter and basil pasta. They did a great job but kept what they used under wraps...lol I do know that I bought a red onion and fresh parsley, Jake also took some garlic, thyme, and fresh basil. They seared the chops in the basil, garlic, and butter (it was suppose to be sage but Jake is allergic to that so they used basil), they then finished it off in a 425 degree oven until the pork was done. They were thick cut pork chops, in the pic it's just 1/2 of the chop. For the pasta they used basil, butter, garlic, dried thyme, and fresh parsley. The pasta could have used some more sauce and flavor. Dakota insisted on plating everyone's plates.
